Exciting new pics!

We've gotten some new photos to share from over the past few weeks...most importantly, a new 3-D ultrasound photo of Merritt! At our last ultrasound appointment, we were FINALLY able to see her little face (she'd been very shy before then), at which point the tech was able to snap this great pic! I'll admit it - she looks more like Haley than me (it's the cheeks)...we can't wait to see her in the flesh!

Almost time......

Hello everyone,

4/9 is 21 days from Merritt's due date. We had our final ultrasound this afternoon, at which point we were finally able to get a good view of our girl's beautiful face! She has cute chubby cheeks as well as a little double-chin and her mother's full lips. The ultrasound technician tried to take a good photo of Merritt's face, but unfortunately our little girl likes to make too many silly faces (just like her mommy!)...as for the particulars, she's weighing in at 6 lbs., 14 oz., has a strong little heart (don't worry - normal for baby size), and overall looks to be a healthy little chicky.

Looks for some photos of the ultrasound in the days to come...and hopefully real post-womb photos of our Merr-bear in three weeks or less!

Meantime, Becky came up for a final pre-baby Hartman visit this past weekend. She was an amazing help in pulling our home together before Merritt's born, and really worked her tail off getting our house in order. We can't wait for all of the Hartmans to come back up and see the newest addition to our family in the months to come!
